How to query availability

Open GET https://www.kioskresearch.com/kioskgranddemo/agent/availability with these URL query parameters. No connector, authentication or JavaScript is required.

check_in
Required. Arrival date, YYYY-MM-DD.
check_out
Required. Departure date, YYYY-MM-DD; after arrival, at most 30 nights.
adults
Required. Positive integer, 1–16, per room.
children
Optional. Integer, 0–12, per room; defaults to 0.
rooms
Optional. Integer, 1–8; defaults to 1.

Room occupancy restrictions still apply. Valid requests with no matching inventory return no offers. Totals cover all requested rooms and nights.

September 18–20, 2026: availability for two adults, one room. These are example dates; use the form or query parameters for another stay.

HTML is the default. Append .json to any resource path before the query string for its public structured representation; for example the example stay as JSON. Do not append .json to the landing page.

Freshness and authority

Property, rooms, rate plans and general policies are relatively static canonical data and may be cached by Kiosk for up to five minutes. Availability is retrieved for each request from the PMS adapter and includes a generated_at timestamp; responses are not cached. Current authoritative demo inventory is synthetic and deterministic.

Rate-plan definitions do not establish dated eligibility. Read each availability offer's cancellation deadline, inclusions, restrictions, taxes, fees and total.

Supported interfaces

Search may discover this landing page; a web agent must then construct and fetch a dated availability URL. We do not expect every possible stay URL to be indexed or guarantee that an agent will follow these steps.
