- At the time of your reservation, we request a credit card to confirm your stay. Your card will be charged the day of your arrival. We have a cancellation policy of 72 hours. We ask that you either text: [contact withheld] or email [contact withheld] to let us know you need to cancel. Should you cancel in a time less than 72 hours, we will attempt to re-book your room. If we are unable to re-book we will need to charge you a cancelation fee (room rate less all taxes) for your full stay, no exceptions. If you are concerned about a possible last minute cancelation we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. We are a small property and cannot absorb the cost of canceled rooms should you become ill or cannot come for any other reason. Due to the historical and architectural nature of the inn, we welcome children over the age of 12. The Inn is non smoking and no open flames
